I’m Marco, your designer and point of contact. This concept puts the company’s founding date, hands-on approach and specific capabilities ahead of generic promises.
An optional branded capability sheet or service menu starts at $175. Printing is separate.
A cleaner navy-and-amber PM mark pairs with a bold, legible PM SERVICES 97 wordmark. The simpler silhouette is intended to remain clear on the website, vehicles and jobsite signage. This is a new design concept for approval. The included logo is a high-resolution transparent PNG; vector production files and trademark clearance are separate.

The homepage features your own construction photos. Interior service and planning images are illustrative AI-generated visuals, not examples of completed PM Services 97 work. Provide higher-resolution photos of your team, active jobs and finished projects, and I can replace those illustrations to make the site more your own. Initial photo replacements can be included in the two prelaunch revision rounds; later updates can use the monthly care allowance.
Confirm the logo, project-photo permissions, service scope, preferred phone and email, service area, and any credentials the company wants to publish. The current contact path goes to the existing Facebook page. No testimonials, awards, license claims or project results have been invented.
50% deposit, balance before launch. Monthly care begins at launch and is month-to-month with 30 days’ cancellation notice. Unused update time does not roll over. Additional work is quoted separately. Domain registration, email, advertising, paid tools, ongoing SEO and new form or booking integrations are separate. No lead-volume or search-ranking guarantees. The domain stays in the customer’s name, and paid website files can be handed over.
This is a private design proposal, not the company’s official website. A DMD-branded preview address requires a custom domain connection before sharing with the customer.
